MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

Membership in the International Kenpo Karate Society provides numerous benefits for both schools and individual students:
* TOP LEVEL KENPO TRAINING -- The IKKS is dedicated to providing a quality training experience in the complete American Wu Shen Pai Kenpo®  System.  This system has as its core, the American Kenpo System with enhancements.  We encourage our member schools to adopt the complete 24 curriculum as advanced by the founder.

* CROSS TRAINING IN OTHER DISCIPLINES -- Grandmaster Edmund Parker was a firm believer in expanding one's Kenpo arts knowledge by exploring other martial arts disciplines.  In this tradition, the IKKS offers training opportunities with top calibre martial artists through our direct connection with the United Martial Arts Alliance. In addition, our form of kenpo is quite comprehensive literally ranging over all forms of personal combat and encompassing over 108 different weapons.

* NETWORKING -- IKKS Seminars and camps offer a venue for school owners to network with guest instructors as well as other IKKS schools.  At least once yearly, the IKKS holds a Summit seminar which in addition to providing training also offers a formal venue for discussion of IKKS school needs, requests and direction.

* BELT CERTIFICATION -- A testing board of ranking IKKS officials are available for belt testing at a set fee.  Instructors and Students who test before the board will receive a beautiful and impressive certificate signed by all board members certifying their rank from the IKKS.

* RETAIL DISCOUNTS -- IKKS schools are eligible for discounts with select retailers.
